A bit about us…
Our names are Tess Mayer & Julia Wang and we are photography duo based in NYC. We met our freshman year at NYU Tisch and since then have run a magazine together, worked as teaching assistants at ICP & NYU, and shot our first wedding our senior year.
Our style is a blend of candid documentary and stylized portraiture - we approach your day not as strangers following you around, but as excited guests who will most likely cry during your vows.
We love to blend a mix of film photography with digital. Our goal is always to integrate your personalities into the final wedding gallery and tell an authentic story of your day.
